BISHKEK, Nov. 21 (Xinhua) -- An exhibition of Chinese digital art and its intersection into our daily lives kicked off here on Thursday.
The exhibition in the Kyrgyz capital covered a range of topics including artificial intelligence and painting, visual art in ancient civilization and how digital technologies are expressed in optical effects.
The digital art works presented by Chinese artists are an integral part of the treasure house of Chinese art, said Tian Zheng, vice secretary of Zhongguancun Digital Cultural Industry Alliance, who led the exhibition team.
Taalaibek Usubaliev, chairman of the Union of Artists of Kyrgyzstan told Xinhua that this digital art exhibition is something new for the country and such cultural events should be held more often.
The exhibition, the first of its kind in Central Asia, is organized, in part, to help forge closer cultural and artistic links between the two countries.
